The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts presents the exhibition «Diamond Chariot. Buddhist art of Russia» — the first large-scale project on Buddhist art in Of Russia. The exhibition will feature more than seven hundred exhibits: previously unseen statues and paintings from the collection of the Pushkin Museum, as well as masterpieces from regional museums — unique monuments rare throughout the Buddhist world. The joint project with the State Museum of Oriental Art, the museums of Buryatia, Tyva and Kalmykia is dedicated to The Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.
