The world-famous Assunta Madre restaurant is located on Povarskaya Street. The idea originates from the Mediterranean coast, in the fishing village of Terracina between Naples and Rome. The concept is simple: a fish restaurant with an Italian soul.
Every day, the restaurant displays fresh Mediterranean fish and seafood: dorado and sea bass, as well as pâgre, turbot, red pagellos, blue lobster, langouste, shrimp, and more. The restaurant has a menu, but it’s best to order a tasting set of appetizers and main dishes. You can also enjoy homemade pasta and bread, as well as traditional Italian desserts.
