The Moscow version of the iconic St. Petersburg bar Big Wine Freaks has already earned the title of the most beautiful wine bar in the country. It operates directly across from the high-rise building on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment.
The project was created by Vladimir Basov and Artem Tskhakaya, owners of the wine trading company Real Authentic Wine. The wine list emphasizes biodynamics, organics, rare champagnes, and daring pétillants naturels, while the menu is overseen by chef Marat Kalaydzhyan, who skillfully blends Asian, Georgian, and Russian influences on collectible Richard Ginori plates.
