The Ivanka Restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Neva Towers complex with a magnificent panoramic view and occupies more than 500 square meters with a summer terrace.
The design project by Valery Lizunov from Archpoint bureau is inspired by the Parisian boutique Hermes and the aesthetics of expensive yachts. The interiors turned out to be elegant, with a gloss: inside there are handmade plaster, noble wood trim, natural marble, Italian jellyfish chandeliers, a huge sea node under the ceiling and a champagne bathtub.
Ivanka’s cuisine is based on Mediterranean traditions with an emphasis on fish and seafood. The menu includes scallop crudo with apple and tarragon, bruschetta with strachatella and black caviar, Milanese veal and other recipes. Some of the dishes are accompanied by wow-serving at the table.
The central place in the restaurant’s bar menu is occupied by cocktails from Alice Abdulkayumova (Twins Garden, Spanish designs from Dani Garcia). Among them, for example, the Envelope Wishing tequila mix with citrus aperitif and strawberries, or French 76 with pink gin and sparkling wine with passion fruit and fermented yogurt.
In the Ivanka wine list, chef-sommelier Roman Smirnov (Anatoly Komm for Raff House, Ginza Project) has collected a collection of selected labels from Mediterranean and Champagne.
On Fridays, Ivanka turns into a loud summer party. Time to dress up, go out and dance. Top DJs are at the controls, setting the summer vibe, and star artists are on stage, whom you want to listen to all summer.
And Saturday at Ivanka is a time for conceptual gastronomic trips around the Mediterranean. A real «flight without a visa»! A day not to be missed! Italy, France, Spain, Greece — full immersion in the traditions and culture of the Mediterranean countries!
