Arkady Novikov’s Japanese restaurant opened on the ground floor of the Kuznetsky Most Brasserie on the corner of Kuznetsky Most and Petrovka Streets. Thanks to the vision of its creators and the efforts of designer Evgenia Uzhegova, the restaurant resembles a well-stocked treasure chest filled with all manner of Asian treasures: silks painted with birds and flowers, partitions decorated with golden ginkgo, subdued warm lighting, and a wealth of handcrafted jewelry details that are so distinctive of the East.
