Levantine is a sophisticated and elegant restaurant. Levantine Restaurant is an oasis on the 7th floor of Lotte Plaza with panoramic views of Moscow, created by restaurateur Ilya Biniaminov. It takes its name from the Levant region—the lands of the rising sun (Syria, Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt).
The elegant interior by Turkish designers combines modernity with oriental charm, transporting guests to the atmosphere of the Eastern Mediterranean. Haute Turkish cuisine with a Middle Eastern accent from chefs Bilal Reçber, Faruk Güven, and Tahir Aydemir is combined with Mediterranean and European dishes from chef Alexander Mandron.
Expect fiery show presentations, a raw seafood bar, signature cocktails, and, of course, an exclusive playlist in oriental and slow house styles. For special occasions, we organize live performances by Russian and international showbiz stars.
