A formal Italian restaurant run by two chefs and friends, Vitaly Istomin and Artem Losev. As is typical of the duo, their cooking is playful and ironic, turning Italian cuisine into a playground for their mischief: risotto with gold, pizza with eel and zucchini flowers, pizza without dough at all.
The restaurant adapts well to different needs and moods: the formality and white tablecloths of the second floor, the exciting intimacy of the first floor, and the carefree spirit inherent in all Italian restaurants. The project owes its name to the Castilian wood-fired oven, Loona, which is hard at work on the first floor.
