The concept of the restaurant is inspired by the atmosphere of modern Tokyo and the prestigious Azabu-Juban district, renowned for its gastronomic culture. The idea came from Chizuko Shirahama, the restaurateur’s wife, who hails from Tokyo.
The space occupies two levels: the ground floor houses the main dining room, bar, and open kitchen, as well as a private dining room. The lower floor is occupied by the «Ue» room, offering an immersive panorama of Tokyo at night. The menu was developed by executive chef Vadim Malkov and his wife and reflects the modern gastronomy of the metropolis, where traditional Japanese washoku cuisine is combined with the yoshoku style, which focuses on preparing Western dishes with an Eastern twist.
