Oltremare is a two-story Italian restaurant overlooking Savvinskaya Embankment.
The interior, designed by Sundukovy Sisters (S+S) design studio, is dominated by smooth lines and contrasting textures: metal, dark wood, leather, and velour. The menu, curated by Chef Emanuele Pollini (OVO by Carlo Cracco), features authentic Italian dishes, painstakingly sourced from around the country by the Oltremare team.
