Oshi Izakaya. Emperor is a premium Japanese gastrobar on Petrovka Street.
The interiors, which blend Asian and modern European styles, are complemented by motifs from the Japanese imperial palace. The ceilings are decorated with murals, and the shelves of an antique cabinet from the 1930s are adorned with porcelain.
The menu continues with Japanese classics, with an emphasis on premium ingredients. Fresh fish and seafood are a priority. In addition to the standard à la carte menu, they offer omakase dinners: guests entrust the chef with the choice of dishes and observe the preparation process.
