Phantom is a signature meat restaurant by Anton Pinsky, Artem Losev, and Vitaly Istomin located in the House of Radio Broadcasting on Barrikadnaya Street.
The restaurant’s culinary concept revolves around meat cooked over an open flame. For this purpose, it boasts Russia’s only giant 9-meter oven, as well as a smokehouse, a grill, and even a separate braising oven. Phantom’s menu features meat favorites and specialties from various cuisines: steaks, kebabs, shawarma, meatballs, halal smoked brisket, roasted lamb shoulder, and other dishes. Accompanying these dishes is a substantial collection of Old and New World wines, dozens of which are poured by the glass.
