Sakhalin is a premium seafood restaurant. The project of restaurateur Boris Zarkov, White Rabbit Family brand chef Vladimir Mukhin, and head chef Alexey Kogay.
The interiors for the two-level space were designed by Irina Glik and Geometria Studio. The interior is bright and airy, with white tablecloths and designer chandeliers. But Sakhalin’s main attraction is the breathtaking view of Moscow from the 360-degree terrace.
The cuisine is based on a combination of local Russian produce with Mediterranean and Asian traditions. They serve sushi with wagyu and sea urchin caviar, Kamchatka crab tartare with avocado and mango, scallops with white wine sauce, Far Eastern fish soup, and other dishes. The raw section offers caviar, oysters, shellfish, and sea urchins.
