Semifreddo Restaurant is located in the Krasnaya Roza business district. The kitchen is led by executive chef Nino Graziano, who closed his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Sicily to move to Moscow. Fortunately, the menu here features the same intricate cuisine Graziano is accustomed to preparing in his home country.
Semifreddo’s kitchen is open; you can sit on a high stool at the counter and watch one of the city’s best Italian chefs at work. In addition to various types of semifreddo ice cream, the menu includes fish dishes, traditional pasta, and a vast selection of wine and grappa.
