The Uzbekistan Restaurant opened in 1951. In 1997, the premises were restored by specially invited artisans from Tashkent, who created this unique encyclopedia of oriental decor.
Torches at the entrance, couches and ottomans, mosaics, carved ornaments, Syrian rugs, hand-carved furniture, oriental silks, and soft sofas—the fairytale interior seems to have stepped from the pages of a beautiful, gold-bound book.
At the Uzbekistan Restaurant, you can sample dishes from Uzbek, Arabic, Chinese, and Azerbaijani cuisine.
In the luxurious interiors of an oriental palace, young guests delight in participating in children’s programs held on weekends. On Saturday and Sunday, children can enjoy master classes, a soap bubble show, body art, cooking lessons, competitions, and active games with animators.
