The eclectic El Pimpi restaurant on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street is a project by Alba Group, emphasizing dishes from various regions of Spain and a modern interpretation of traditions. Executive Chef Enver Dzhemilov and Chef Ivan Negutarov lead the kitchen. These culinary professionals have combined meat and fish on the menu: classic Spanish tapas, paella with black chanterelles and jalapeños, beef tartare, sea bass with pil-pil sauce, and Spanish desserts like Basque cheesecake and turrone. Experience the true Spanish vibe from Thursday to Saturday, when the restaurant fills with Basque Country music, the sounds of bullfighting, and the heated rhythms of flamenco performed by colorful musicians and dancers. «Krasota» offers three shows: Imaginary Russia, which explores the various stages of the country’s history; Imaginary Art, dedicated to the world of famous artists; and Imaginary Future, which is ready to share futuristic forecasts.
