La Bottega Siciliana is a project by the great Sicilian Nino Graziano, who has been at the helm of the iconic Semifreddo for many years. Graziano spent a long time meticulously designing the kitchen, explaining that La Bottega Siciliana would likely be the last thing he would ever do. As a result, Moscow received a true piece of Sicily just steps from Red Square—the interior, wine list, and tableware are all homages to Sicilian life; the food is beyond reproach—simple, traditional, and delicious.
