Arkady Novikov’s Italian fine dining is located on the second floor of the Aist restaurant. The cuisine is the brainchild of chef Mirko Zago (who is also the head chef one floor below). This formal yet austere restaurant is given a formal feel by white tablecloths, heavy knives and forks, and the finest glassware. The menu features classics, adaptations, and even creamy fish soup. To avoid the hassle, it’s easier and more appropriate to order the tasting set, which can be ordered until 9:30 PM.
