The restaurant is located under a glass dome on the 16th floor of the Smolensky Passage and impresses guests with panoramic views of Moscow. Vladimir Mukhin, the restaurant’s head chef and brand chef of the White Rabbit Family alliance, is ranked 9th among the best chefs in the world according to the Best Chef Awards. He experiments with alternative protein sources and new technologies, including sensory food design (when color, shape, and sound influence the perception of a dish).
